There's still hints of a rye spice but it's wonderfully mellowed out with rich and creamy notes of crème brulee, jammy fruit, and touches of oak. Finish: A long and pleasant syrupy finish that hits way above its class as a 7yr rye with its sweetness. You almost can't believe this is a rye as it brings more notes of honey, fruits and maple goodness. An AMAZING dram that's definitely going to go quick on your shelf!
