Aroma: Wonderful aromas of creamy vanilla with hints of caramel and marmalade. Very evenly balanced that brings hints of warm spices and reminds us of a vanilla custard drizzled in honey and caramels. It's a beautiful explosion of honey, cream, and vanillas that we're loving and can nose this forever!

Taste: The first taste is an amazingly soft, viscous and creamy caramel, honey, and butterscotch candy that carries sweet vanilla with hints of cinnamon. There's a slight and lovely spice that's pleasing and reminds us of a honey vanilla cake with whipped cream topping. The flavors carry very long and pleasant throughout the mouth and left with a sweetness that's even more desirable!

Finish: The finish is medium to long, sweet, and pleasing with more honey, vanilla, and touches of oak and spice. There's almost no heat as it's smooth at the finish and has wonderful additional touches of butterscotch and cream.

This is a surefire winner and a stark confirmation that the Kelvin barrels are just overall better when aged at 7yrs!
