TASTING NOTES
Aroma - A warm, inviting nose with layers of buttery softness and dried fruits, mingled with rich caramel and a touch of toasted oak. Hints of orange zest add a citrus brightness, and touches of sweet berries balance it out nicely.
Taste - A lush, viscous palate with a symphony of dark fruits, strawberries, with a touch of creamy flan. Additional notes of orange zest and toasted caramel intertwine with lovely hints of tobacco and leather that is exceptionally well rounded and complex. This reminds us of a buttery and cream filled and toasted pastry with a dark berry drizzle.
Finish - Wonderfully long and lingering, with a sweetness that evolves into spiced undertones. Reminiscent of a sweet, flaky pastry, the finish is balanced by oak and a gentle hint of cannoli-like richness.
