TASTING NOTES:
We’ve tasted these before and it’s definitely IYKYK! Perhaps one of the (if not THE) best experimental offering NULU has, which it is highly desirable and VERY difficult to acquire. It’s an incredibly balanced peach that tastes like grandma made you a warm peach cobbler with a scoop of Breyers Vanilla ice cream.
Aroma: The nose is full on fresh cut peaches, warm vanilla, cornbread, with soft hints of melted butter and baking spices. Definitely smells like grandma’s kitchen after she baked a lovely peach pie after cutting fresh picked peaches.
Taste: A beautiful marriage of peach, vanilla, and sweet syrupy goodness of caramels and cinnamon spices. Light brown sugars follow with lovely compliments of cinnamon, clove, freshly baked dough, with more hints of oak, and baking spices. It’s wonderfully balanced out and not too “peach forward” which makes me want to eat a warm peach cobbler and ice cream right now!
Finish: A surprisingly longer finish than expected but more caramel sweetness, oak, and vanillas on the end. Proof is balanced and the peach is ever present with faint hints of a lovely baking spice, cinnamon, and melted caramels. This is a special peach finished that makes me want to keep going back for more!
