Tasting Notes:

This is an exceptional and incredibly well rounded pick that has such a memorable and silky mouth feel to it.

Aroma: Fantastic smells of caramel, corn, and sweet vanilla mixed with allspice, cinnamon, fresh orange and citrus zestiness, with a lovely butterscotch that smells like caramel poured over sweet apples. There's also a nice faint oakiness that fades into a light milk chocolate and toffee.

Taste: A beautiful combination of allspice, cola, cinnamon, and rye spice that blends nicely with light vanilla, brown sugars, more caramels, and light molasses with a hint of pepper. There's a bit of nice proofiness up front that calms a bit with time. The smooth mouthfeel gives way to a sweeter butterscotch that fades a bit into more into some oak with a hazy, smoky-sweet charm and earthy leather and tobacco. This would be a PERFECT pairing with some smoked meats!

The finish on this is a fantastic medium, warm finish that brings out more of the burnt caramels, vanilla, butterscotch, with some cinnamon spice tingling on the end of the tongue. Really loving the oaky and buttery mouthfeel on this as it lingers even more into a soft, lasting finish. This is a winner!!
