This pick is wonderfully unique and complex. Coming in at barrel proof from Short Barrel, who picks orphan standout barrels from select distilleries, this one comes in from OZ Tyler (now Green River) and we've collaborated with The Speakeasy on this one for charity.

TASTING NOTES

Aroma - beautiful and uniquely complex with notes of cherry cola, dusty maple syrup, creamy sweet vanilla, oak & pancake batter. Smells like you walked into breakfast treat bakery.

Taste - We got lots of different things going on here! Wonderful mix of sweetness and savory that brings in brown sugar, cherry cola, and sweet vanilla up front. Letting it mingle a bit brings out some more baking spice, star anise, and sweet salty candy mix. This rounds out even more balanced with more pancake syrup and softened by honey drizzle sweetness at the end.

Finish - The end is complex, lingering with more of the baking spice and balanced vanilla and honey. It's a very well rounded and definitely different that makes you want a second pour. One not to be missed if you're looking for something a little more special and standout.
